Marlene Nunez

Marlene Nunez is a Paralegal at the firm. She is responsible for the preparation of all documents necessary for the successful completion of real estate transactions.

Her responsibilities include property due diligence, drafting and filing of ACRIS transfer documents, loan payoffs, scheduling closings, the preparation of closing statements and many other critical tasks.
