Elizabeth represents buyers and sellers in all facets of residential real estate transactions involving cooperatives, condominiums, and single- and multi-family homes. Prior to focusing on residential transactions, Elizabeth practiced land use and zoning law. This involved petitioning various City agencies to secure variances, special permits, and tax lot apportionments, as well as representing real estate developers and owners at hearings for DOB and ECB violations. She has found her zoning background to be invaluable in her current practice, especially as it relates to conducting property due diligence and navigating issues relating to Department of Buildings permits and violations.

Elizabeth is proficient in French, and in her free time, she enjoys experimenting with healthier versions of traditional recipes and volunteering at the New York City Bar Association’s Monday Night Law Clinic. She is admitted to the New York State Bar.
