Steven Sicot

Steven Sicot is a Legal Assistant at Weidenbaum & Harari, LLP. He serves as an assistant to all of the banking paralegals. Mr. Sicot deals with various lenders on co-op, condo, and single-family purchases and refinances and assists in managing the relationships between lenders, borrower’s attorney, title companies, managing agents, and borrowers. He is responsible for opening and preparing all files, ordering title and lien searches, preparing and filing Uniform Commercial Code Financing Statements, and post-closing files. Mr. Sicot has 4+ years of working in the real estate/banking field.
