We have drafted and negotiated numerous site leases, licenses agreements and land rights agreements on behalf of carriers. We have acted as local counsel in New York and New Jersey on certain telecommunications regulatory matters including petitions before the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities.

The technology practice group has wide experience with the following matters: counseling clients regarding domain name registration; advising business clients on how to protect trade secrets through the use of confidentiality, nondisclosure, non-compete agreements, employment agreements and license agreements; advising clients on advertising or promoting products or services via the Internet or through other electronic media, and documenting agreements pertaining to such transactions and relationships; negotiating and drafting agreements for web site development, e-commerce transactions, and interactive content providers and Internet marketing and advertising.
