Jack Harari is a member in good standing
of the Bars of New York, New Jersey and the District
of Columbia. Prior to becoming the partner in charge
of the Commercial Litigation and Collection Divisions
of Weidenbaum & Harari, Mr. Harari was an associate
in the Insurance Coverage Litigation Group and the Year
2000 Task Force of the Washington, D.C. office of Swidler,
Berlin, Shereff, Friedman, LLP. Mr. Harari has represented
numerous Fortune 500 companies in complex environmental
insurance coverage litigation matters. Mr. Harari has
also litigated numerous Construction Law cases, ERISA
collection cases, debtor defense cases, and other civil
matters in both State and Federal Courts. Mr. Harari
is the author of numerous published articles, including
"E-Sign Language," Risk Management Magazine, July 2001;
"Dot-Com Litigation 101," Risk Management Magazine,
October 2001; "Ever Wanted to Sue Your Web Designer,"
New York Law Journal, Silicon Alley Section, September
17, 2001; "The Check Is In The Mail-Practical Tips For
The Collection of Debts," Image Magazine (May 2001),
and is the co-author of the first chapter of The Year
2000 Liability Prevention and Litigation Manual entitled
"Cost Recovery Strategies for the Year 2000 Problem,"
and "Cost Recovery For the Year 2000 Problem," 11 Bank
Accounting & Finance 57 (Spring 1998). Additionally,
Mr. Harari was a contributing researcher on "The Court
TV Cradle-to-Grave Legal Survival Guide," by the Editors
of Court TV and The American Lawyer.
