Mr. Carlin served as General Counsel to RMS Titanic, Inc., which owns the exclusive rights to salvage the Titanic. Mr. Carlin is currently involved with the International Maritime Heritage Foundation, Inc., a not-for-profit entity organized for the purposes of encouraging and promoting the exploration, study, recovery, preservation and public exhibition of maritime heritage throughout the world.
