Law, Securities, Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation.
Admitted to bar,1976, New York and U.S. District Court,
Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Graduate
of City College of the City University of New York (B.A.,
1972); Boston College Law School (J.D., 1975). Articles
Editor, Boston College Law Review, 1973-1975. Mr. Carlin
served as General Counsel to RMS Titanic, Inc., which
owns the exclusive rights to salvage the Titanic. Mr.
Carlin is currently involved with the International
Maritime Heritage Foundation, Inc., a not-for-profit
entity organized for the purposes of encouraging and
promoting the exploration, study, recovery, preservation
and public exhibition of maritime heritage throughout
the world.
